Samsung's Galaxy Note 10 Axes the Headphone Jack

We don't expect the device to be shown at the Unpacked event next month but we hope to see the device hitting the markets in time for the holiday season.

Samsung might have chosen which day to launch its Galaxy Note 10, according to a new report. Although Samsung hasn't confirmed any rumors, those rumors are all lining up and seemingly confirming everything we need to know about the devices. The original Galaxy Watch Active also had a microphone, placed elsewhere.

The Galaxy Watch Active was announced in February and launched in April, but the first images of the Galaxy Watch Active 2 leaked last month (via Android Headlines) and this month's leaked render is reportedly an official one from a Samsung promo image. That's a short life cycle. As SamMobile points out, Samsung often launches its phones in multiple markets on the same day, so there's a good chance that the Note 10 will release in the U.S. on the same day.

Rumours suggest the watch will be available in three colour options - black, gold, and silver - and will have leather straps and silicone straps. There are still two buttons on the right side, though the top one is now rectangular and the bottom one has a red accent around it for an unknown reason. There's no word on what that signifies, but it reminds us of the Apple Watch, and the Galaxy Watch Active 2 is expected to feature new health tools. There will also supposedly be both LTE and Wi-Fi models, with the former having a 340mAh battery and the latter a 237mAh cell.
