Intruder breaks into Buckingham Palace while Queen sleeps
Fagan was a 31-year-old schizophrenic man who had apparently broken a glass ashtray at the foot of her bed during the incident. It was the Queen's long-time aide Paul Whybrew - still employed by the Queen to this day - who came to the rescue.

This is the second time the retailer has filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy in the last two years.

The Houston Chronicle reported that court filings showed Charming Charlie has debts of about $81.8 million and cash on hand of about $6,000. It also faulted the impact of trade tariffs for reduced consumer spending, as well as poor weather earlier in the year for keeping would-be shoppers at home.

Other retailers have suffered similar fates in the current retail climate.
