Justin Bieber Says He's 'Been Struggling a Lot,' Asks Fans for Prayers

On Saturday, Justin Bieber shared with his fans some very personal and hard information concerning his life.

"I just wanted to keep you informed, hope that what I'm going to live will touch you", he wrote. The singer confirmed that he has been "struggling a lot", and that he has been feeling "disconnected and weird". "I always bounce back so I'm not anxious just wanted to reach out and ask for [you] guys to pray for me". He also opened up about his past struggles with sex and addiction, admitting that he had a "legitimate problem with sex" and had abused Xanax. An alleged source revealed in February that Bieber is apparently down and exhausted.

The "Purpose" star posted the heartfelt message after it was revealed that he was seeking help for his depression. In an interview to Vogue recently, the What Do You Mean singer had said, "I started really feeling myself too much". For me that was always in my head while I was doing it, so I could never enjoy it. Drugs put a screen between me and what I was doing.

"Just thinking about music stresses me out", he added. Many speculated that his depression is because of his married life but the source clarified that the "depression" is not because of his wife as he is happily married to her. Once the singer was able to see the truth about who he is, he shared that with his fans. He's feeling very positive that he's uncovering some root issues, and everyone is optimistic that this will help him figure out his next chapter. "She's been nothing but a good support system for him but she knows she isn't a professional, and steady therapy is exactly what he needs".
