So, she stopped the bus and got the child.

A Milwaukee bus driver leaped into action after seeing a baby wandering around a freeway overpass in December's frigid temperatures. "Baby was so scared and cried".

The MCTS said in a statement that the baby was unharmed. He said he believes his wife, who he says has a mental illness, took the baby to the church just across the freeway and forgot about her.

The video then shows a passenger walking up from the back of the bus and taking off her jacket, which Ivic used to keep the toddler warm.

NOTE: Police first said the baby was a boy but later clarified that the child is actually a girl. When he saw the police gathered near his home, and noticed his daughter was not there, he ran outside.

FOX6 News spoke with Hasan Ali Abdul Kasim, the baby's father.
