Deepika Padukone & Ranveer Singh Get Married in Lavish Ceremony

Deepika Padukone & Ranveer Singh Get Married in Lavish Ceremony

It all happened when Ranveer and Deepika dropped in at Farah Khan's residence before leaving for Italy for their big day.

Well, not exactly witness, considering there have legit been no photos of the bride and the groom from their Lake Como wedding festivities.

In the best tradition of a celebrity wedding - think George and Amal Clooney maybe - the stars and their guests were ensconced in resorts tucked high above the lake ringed by mountains while the paparazzi was stationed at a safe distance, managing only grainy images and videos of the ceremony.

It is time! After six years of crushing over their chemistry and PDA, we finally get to witness #CoupleGoals Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh seal their forever!

There were only about 40 guests for the celebrations, but a no-pictures policy imposed on them, left the couple's fans pining to get a glimpse of the gala.

Concerns high as Rohingya repatriation to Myanmar set to begin
In August previous year , seven lakh Rohingyas took shelter in Bangladesh after the violence in Myanmar's Harenin province. It was announced that the sides had developed a "very concrete plan" to start repatriations in mid-November.

While we were all waiting for the couple to release official pictures from their wedding, photos and videos from their marriage ceremony were leaked on social media. They put to rest months of speculation about their nuptials with a social media announcement in October of their wedding dates.

In this picture shared by ABP news, Ranveer Singh is seen donning a white-gold kurta and dhoti, while Deepika Padukone is dressed in a red and gold saree with a gold border for the wedding. The duo will organize two receptions one in Bangalore on November 21, 2018, and the other one in Mumbai on November 28, 2018.

On November 10, Ranveer's stylist Nitasha Gaurav posted teasers of the pre-wedding rituals on Twitter.

But a screenshot of the now deleted photo is already viral on social media. Actor Priyanka Chopra and American singer Nick Jonas are reportedly set to get married in December.

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone's nuptials are being attended by close friends and family.
