Meghan Markle Opens Up About Her Pregnancy During Royal Tour

It's been an understandably busy few days for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who are in the midst of their first overseas visit.

The Royal Couple will tour Fiji from next Tuesday till next Thursday. 'She said a really lovely quote: "'Flattery and criticism run through the same filter".' It is understood the duchess - who was visiting Sydney's Bondi Beach - was quoting artist Georgia O'Keeffe, who said: "'Flattery and criticism go down the same drain'.

On Tuesday, Harry stopped again to speak to the 98-year-old, this time introducing the royal fan to his wife Meghan.

Meghan Markle is getting real about her humble beginnings.

In a stroll on Bondi, the couple, who are expecting their first child in the northern spring, shook hands and posed for photographs with some of the thousands who turned out for the event, snapping pictures and video with their smartphones.

"Even in her jet lag she got up to do yoga this morning at 4.30".

"It's fantastic. I'm so happy to finally meet you. We have to", Harry said.

The Invictus Games are a multi-sport event specifically held for wounded or disabled veterans to participate in. Her husband Peter Cafe served in Cambodia, Afghanistan and Iraq and took his own life in February this year.

"I was very resistant [to yoga] as a kid", Meghan told Best Health.

"Meghan said [yoga] was her "leveller", it's what keeps her grounded, like surfing does for us".

News that the Duchess of Sussex is pregnant has only made the crowds swell.

Prince Harry ended his speech by telling the crowd "the rain was a gift", much to the delight of locals - who've battled drought for more than a decade.

The Duchess of Sussex looked ever-so-chic in a striped maxi dress, while keeping comfortable in a pair of espadrilles.

She also used to marvel over yoga on her defunct blog, The Tig, warning her readers that they should "be prepared to fall just a wee bit in love" with the exercise.

"Each and every one of us will experience poor mental health", Harry reportedly told the group.
