Md. Native Travis Pastrana Completes Three Evel Knievel Stunts

Donning his own Knievel-like costume, Pastrana used an Indian Scout FTR750 to jump 143 feet to clear 52 crushed cars, 192 feet over 16 Greyhound buses and concluded the "Evel Live" event on the History Channel by jumping 149 feet to clear the fountains at Caesars Palace.

Motorcycle daredevil Travis Pastrana pulled off an incredible triple feat on Sunday night in Las Vegas by recreating three of late stuntman Evel Knievel's most famous jumps on live TV.

The second jump had Pastrana recreating a stunt Knievel performed at King's Island in OH, when he jumped 14 Greyhound buses.

Nonetheless, to watch Travis Pastrana attempt the three iconic Evel Knievel jumps, see the clips above and below. Knievel famously crashed after missing the landing on that jump.

"It's just such an honor to live a day in Evel's footsteps, and literally his boots", Pastrana said.

Migrant arrivals peaked in 2015 at more than a million people, many of them fleeing the Syrian war and therefore entitled to asylum, while others were trying to escape poverty.

Those in the US will be able to watch Pastrana in action from 8 p.m. EST Sunday on the History Channel. That somebody is stuntman and X Games championship gold medalist Travis Pastrana who completed not one, but three record-setting jumps on Sunday July 8, 2018. "I'm not done yet, but this was one of the coolest things - the coolest thing - I've ever done". With a police escort, Pastrana took to the Las Vegas Strip to drive to the location of his last jump of the night, taking the occasion to interact with the fans on his way to the casino. The other two jumps I had enough time to hit my marks exactly ideal.

"This (jumping the fountain) is definitely the most technical". He also attempted and completed three of the famous daredevil's most iconic jumps.

Left with just 200 feet to accelerate to 70 miles per hour before the ramp, Pastrana said, "It's not the longest jump, but it's definitely the hardest".

The fountains jump was actually the lowest and shortest of the three, but by far the most hard and risky because the run-up was less than 61 metres. Pastrana celebrated his success with a few burnouts and a dive in the fountain-it was a scorching 110 after all in Vegas.
