Johnny Depp sued for allegedly attacking crew member on film set

According to a lawsuit filed Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Depp allegedly punched location manager Gregg "Rocky" Brooks in the ribs on April 13, 2017, after Brooks told the star that filming would have to wrap for the day.

Brooks' filing from Glendale attorney Arbella Azizian of Baker Olson, LeCroy & Danielian seeks wide ranging but unspecified damages from Depp, Furmqn, producer Miriam Segal and the production.

Brooks claims Depp then punched him twice in the rib cage. When the scene didn't go as planned, Rocky went to tell Depp that putting his friends in this particular scene in downtown Los Angeles may not work.

Depp's bodyguards had to intercede to keep him away from Brooks, according to the suit.

Gregg "Rocky" Brooks was hired as a location manager past year for the movie "City of Lies" - a story about Biggie Smalls' murder. "You have no right to tell me what to do".

Before he could enlist the officer's help, however, Brooks" suit says that Depp accosted Plaintiff and began attacking him, angrily screaming in his face "WHO THE F- ARE YOU?

He will admire Trump's candor and readiness to defy norms, especially by challenging allies who are "taking advantage" of the United States.

In the film, which had previously been referred to as "LAbyrinth", 55-year-old Depp portrays LAPD Detective Russell Poole, who investigated the slaying of rapper Biggie Smalls.

In May, Furman defended Depp and said, "Johnny Depp is a consummate professional, great collaborator and a supporter of other artists".

A recent profile in Rolling Stone magazine, in which Depp wished to expose "the truth" about his current predicament, instead painted a picture of an isolated, tragic figure, struggling with money and personal issues.

Johnny Depp is facing legal action after an on-set physical altercation which allegedly occurred in 2017.

"City Of Lies" producer Miriam Segal and director Brad Furman are also named in the suit, as Brooks claims he was sacked after refusing to say he wouldn't sue over the Depp incident. "We all love stories - there isn't one here", Furman said in a statement following the incident.
