Focus Assist, which was previously named Quiet Hours, is a new feature that allows you put Windows 10 into a "Do Not Disturb" mode. You can enable the feature when necessary or set up for specific times when you want to particularly keep the constant notifications at bay, and revisit them later. While this isn't going to "wow" most people, it's surely useful, especially if your company has adopted Slack or a similar tool that's meant to make communications easier but mostly just leads to constant distractions.
