Neighbor sought in murder of couple

Bucks County Detectives and Northampton Township Police today issued a public appeal for information on the whereabouts of Daniel Kenneth Mooney, 26, who is a person of interest in the homicides of a young married couple in their Northampton residence this week. Police say Mooney, who may walk with a pronounced limp, once lived in the same neighborhood as the couple.

A painter working at the home on Tuesday morning found the husband's body on the second floor and called police. They would have been very, very productive members of Bucks County's society, and we in law enforcement mourn with their families. Autopsies will be conducted Thursday morning to establish the exact causes of death.

According to his Facebook page, Mooney worked at the McCauley & King LLC, a contracting company and was enrolled at the Bucks County Community College. While a motive remains unclear, the outlet wrote that the victims' Ford Edge SUV, which was missing when their bodies were discovered, was found in Northeast Philadelphia early Wednesday.

"They worked so we didn't see much of them during the day", said Bily.

Authorities have not said where they believe Mooney could be at this time.

However, amendments passed loosened the bill's abortion restrictions, allowing the bill to garner extra votes it needed to pass. He said a doctor could be charged with murder even if she believed an abortion was a medical emergency or medically necessary.

According to First Assistant District Attorney Gregg Shore, Mooney is considered armed and unsafe, and may be walking with a limp, the AP reported.

Shore said Mooney may be armed and is considered unsafe.

Northampton Police Chief Michael Clark told FOX 29 Tuesday evening that there was no sign of forced entry to the house.

Clark also added that the couple seemed nice and purchased the home in 2016, the year when they both got married.

Shore said he is confident that it was Mooney who killed Tyler Christopher Roy, 28, and his wife, Christina Celenza Roy, 27, in their home the night before he died. Those who submit tips via Crimewatch may choose to remain anonymous.
