Gmail Smart Compose will help you type better emails

Smart Reply was pretty simple: When you're drafting an email reply, it understands the context of the previous message and auto-suggests three quick responses you can tap at the bottom of the screen. Then suggestions start popping up, and when you see one you like, just hit Tab on your keyboard.

Smart Compose is more like the predictive text on your smartphone. You don't HAVE to take every one of Smart Compose's suggestions, but if you do, Gmail might just make you a more cordial sort of person in the process. The update brings support for snoozing emails, as well as sending money with Google Pay... Smart Compose will obviously save you a lot of time, by cutting back on repetitive writing, and it also reduces the chance of spelling or grammar errors. Last year, Google introduced Smart Reply in Gmail to help you quickly reply to incoming emails, but now, it's rolling out Smart Compose, a new AI-powered feature that helps you "draft emails from scratch". From there, you can choose to send money or request it instead. But iOS users loyal to Apple Pay won't be able to use it within Gmail and will instead have to stick with using it through iMessage. To check if you've got access, you'll first need to enable the new Gmail. The company is adding new Smart Actions feature in Google Photos. Going to the general tab in your settings reveals a new "experimental access" section.
