Giuliani is still confused about basic facts of Stormy Daniels hush payment

President Trump formally disclosed Wednesday that he paid his attorney as much as $250,000 as reimbursements for expenses - which included a $130,000 payoff to adult film star Stormy Daniels, who says she had a sexual encounter with him.

Prosecutors are investigating Cohen for possible bank and tax fraud, possible campaign law violations linked to a hush-money payment to porn star Stormy Daniels, and perhaps other matters related to Trump's presidential campaign, a person familiar with the probe has said.

Daniels claims she had an affair with Trump.

"Neither the Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign was a party to the transaction with Ms. Clifford, and neither reimbursed me for the payment, either directly or indirectly", Cohen said, using Daniels' real name, Stephanie Clifford.

Trump has previously denied knowing about that payment or reimbursing Cohen.

A footnote to disclosures submitted to the Office of Government Ethics said Mr Cohen had incurred "expenses" on Trump's behalf in 2016 of between $100,001 and $250,000. The ethics office reviewed Trump's form and released it on Wednesday.

"Look, Avenatti is some kind of a, I don't know what he is", he said. In the recently disclosed details from the shell company Cohen used to accept payments from multiple companies after the election, including one backed by a Russian oligarch, there was no mention of any firm connected to Al-Ruhmaihi.

"Mr Cohen sought reimbursement of those expenses and Mr Trump fully reimbursed Mr Cohen in 2017", it said.

TV 60 Minutes Stormy Daniels

WASHINGTON - President Trump lashed out at unauthorized immigrants during a White House meeting Wednesday, warning in front of news cameras that unsafe people are clamoring to breach the country's borders and branding such people "animals".

The Mar-a-Lago resort, where the president frequently escaped for winter weekends, collected more than $25 million last year, down from $37 million from last year's report.

All those 12-month figures are down from the president's previous report, but that earlier one covered about 14 months so it is not comparable.

His Washington, D.C., hotel near the Oval Office, a magnet for diplomats and lobbyists, took in $40 million. "He had donated something close to $100 million, what's another $100,000?" A large share of that debt stems from Deutsche Bank loans to Trump National Doral.

Novartis said Shannon Thyme Klinger, who graduated from the University of North Carolina law school and who is now the company's ethics, risk and compliance officer, will take over from Ehrat as general counsel on June 1.

At least an additional $1.1 million came from operations in the Philippines and Istanbul and at least $558,000 from Panama, where the Trump family had a branded condo and hotel complex, which was renamed earlier this year after a dispute with condo owners.

The owners of struggling hotels in Toronto and NY have paid the Trumps millions of dollars to remove their name from the properties after the election.

Pakistani superhero film 'Ms Marvel' in the making
Many said she was the perspective of Pakistani-Americans and asked the comic-book and film industries to follow Marvel's example. The project will reportedly be considered after the release of Brie Larson's Captain Marvel and untitled Avengers 4 in 2019.
