Samsung Introduces an Exclusive Smartphone for the Students

While Samsung has been criticized recently for their iterative phones that don't bring much new to the table, the Samsung Galaxy X has remained a mysterious reminder that the Korean smartphone manufacturer still has some tricks up their sleeves.

The display ratio surfaced upon inspecting the screenshots, found in the FCC website.

"Crown" is the name for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 9, according to the latest tweet from Evan Blass, a star leaker.

We don't have an official release date for the Galaxy J6, but considering last year's releases to the Galaxy J series, we might get it as early as May.

"Though it was quite powerful, featuring a 12.3" display with huge resolution and an Intel Core m3 processor (instead of lower-power ARM processors more common for Chrome), Samsung's Chromebook Pro had few detractions.

Expect plenty more Note 9 rumours and leaks to be revealed in the coming weeks but it looks set to be one to watch out for.

Of the seven flagship smartphones that were tested, the Galaxy S9 came in at sixth place. The handset will use two different processors - a Snapdragon 845 chipset and Samsung's own Exynos processor - depending upon the market. Samsung says that "when communicating with text just isn't enough, Live Message allows you to reveal your unique personality and tell expressive stories".

The Galaxy Note 9 will hog all the limelight when it arrives later this year.

There's even a removable battery so that students can keep that voice recorder going for all of South Korea's long school days, should the included 2,600mAh unit prove insufficient. The S-pen will remain the same as before. The smartphone was the most awaited launch after the S9 as the fans were waiting for the bigger display.

Samsung is thought to have been working on this technology for a while and it seems it could get its first outing on the Note 9.
