Samsung Galaxy Note 9 could have 4000mAh battery, specs sheet leaked

As the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus have already been announced by Samsung, the media attention and hence the rumors, gains a new target: the Galaxy Note 9. While the release of Galaxy S9 maxed users' expectations, the Galaxy Note 9 seems to have some worthy upgrades in store.

Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is determined to bring new changes and I think many customers will be eager to enjoy what the future Note flagship phone will bring.

The Galaxy X may end up being Samsung's first phone with a foldable screen, but according to a new report out of South Korea, another big name in the smartphone industry will launch a handset with a foldable display long before Samsung. The leak suggests that the Note 9 will feature a 6.4-inch AMOLED display. It might feature 6GB of RAM along with internal storage options - 64GB or 256GB.

If we talk about the camera, it will have dual rear cameras of 12 MP with wide-angle and telephoto lens along with AF sensors. The device comes with the latest operating system "Android Oreo". If you aren't into the Face Unlock feature, there is a more traditional fingerprint sensor located on the home button below the display too. However, KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, who has been fairly accurate with his predictions, believes Samsung will "likely" drop the feature due to "technological difficulties" from issues with screen protectors to accuracy and speed.

On the connectivity front, the phone supports Bluetooth 4.2, USB 2.0 and WiFi 802.11. It may be available in Midnight Black, Titanium Gray, Coral Blue and Lilac Purple colour variants.

Samsung Galaxy Note 9 was recently spotted on benchmarking website Geekbench with the listing revealing Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 for the phone.

Therefore, Note 9 is expected to boast a battery of 3850 or 4000 mAh, a substantial increase over the 3500 mAh battery offered by Note 8.

The Galaxy Note 9 is expected to follow the same design strategy as the Galaxy S9 duo, which some might find disappointing.
