IPL 2018 RCB vs DD:Delhi lose by 6 wickets

Rishabh Pant, the wicketkeeper-batsman featuring for Delhi Daredevils in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2018 sizzled the M Chinnaswamy Stadium on Friday in the second match of the day against Royal Challengers Bangalore. For Delhi Daredevils, rooted to the bottom of the table with just one win in five games, there was some consolation however.

Before the start of the IPL, all talk was around Bangalore's batting line-up that has Kohli, AB de Villiers, Brendon McCullum and Quinton de Kock. RCB had a very good outing against Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) but lost to Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Mumbai Indians (MI), where they conceded more than 200 runs each.

Amrit Thomas, Chairman of Royal Challengers Bangalore, said, "Over years, RCB has become more a lifestyle brand than just a cricket team". So who do you pick if you're playing the IPL 2018 Fantasy League to score big?

He continued his onslaught for the rest of the RCB chase and smashed the Delhi bowlers all over the park. Umesh Yadav has been helpful whenever needed and got four wickets. He hasn't received much support from his fellow bowling partners. Speaking after receiving the Man of the Match award, de Villiers spoke about how he made adjustments to his batting after failures in his last two innings: "It's one of those nights when you see the ball well".

On the other hand, Delhi too, had a poor start to their IPL 2018 campaign after losing their first two games against KXIP and RR.

Trump called the slain deputies "HEROES" in a tweet sharing his condolences with their friends, families and colleagues. A suspect walked up to the business and shot both deputies through the window.

Earlier, it was the Rishabh Pant show for Delhi which helped them reach what looked like an above par score on what was a slow and a turning pitch. Both of them played four matches in the seasons of IPL but won only once each. Iyer scored his 50 off 29 balls - first this season and seventh overall - and hit four fours and three sixes in the process. Off the five final overs he's bowled this season, Umesh went for 77.

The runs have dried up for Gambhir after a fine fifty in the opening match while Glenn Maxwell has misfired all tournament before a cameo in the loss against Kolkata Knight Riders.

Pacer Trent Boult has also same number of wickets but has been slightly expensice after 8.62 rpo.

Royal Challengers next welcome Chennai Super Kings to Bangalore as they take on the former champions on Wednesday.
