Prior to suffering the injury, Mitchell played spectacularly for the Jazz. We'll get to see him in the NBA Playoffs beginning this weekend.

"I just stubbed my toe", Mitchell said. "And then he went back". Head coach Quin Snyder didn't seem overly concerned as he said: "Everything that we know right now, he's fine".

Mitchell left the game briefly for about five minutes to have X-rays taken on his left pinky toe and returned shortly after.

The rest of the series may depend on how effective Mitchell can be.
