Mauro Icardi to Man Utd

Mauro Icardi has never been further from Inter, according to reports.

In a report coming in now, it has been stated that super-agent Mino Raiola is trying to push Inter Milan captain Mauro Icardi towards Manchester United for a fee of around £80m.

The 24-year-old has 18 goals in 22 Serie A matches this season, and he has scored 96 goals for Inter since he arrived in 2013-a tally that would likely be significantly higher if he had players of a similar calibre around him.

Raiola has strong links with United, having masterminded the arrivals of Paul Pogba, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Henrikh Mkhitaryan to Old Trafford, and is said to believe that he can also convince Icardi to swap Italy for England.

Kepler Capital Markets Reiterates "Buy" Rating for Greencore Group (GNC)
The stock of Admiral Group plc (LON:ADM) has "Underweight" rating given on Monday, February 6 by Barclays Capital. Berenberg Bank's target would indicate a potential downside of -8.52% from the company's last stock close price.

He is now represented by his wife but according to Corriere dello Sport, Raiola has made an approach to take over as Icardi's agent.

The newspaper report says Inter are hoping to tie him down to fresh terms worth around £6m-per-season as they are anxious his £80m release clause - which can be activated from July - now looks cheap in today's market.

This lack of success comes despite the purchase of both Romelu Lukaku in the summer and Alexis Sanchez in January, neither of whom have looked wholly convincing in a United shirt as of yet.

According to the same article, Icardi's wife and agent Wanda has been holding negotiations with the Serie A club about a new long-term contract but Inter Milan's struggles in the Italian top flight could force the Argentina worldwide to consider his options.
