Wenger wants Sanchez to stay longer at Arsenal

Aaron Ramsey is back in the Arsenal squad following a hamstring issue, but Mesut Ozil (knee) was rated as only "50-50" by Wenger.

Speaking in the aftermath of the 0-0 draw at Stamford Bridge, Wenger said Wilshere was unlikely to be fit in time to face his former club at the Vitality Stadium but also admitted he would be short in midfield without him.

The midfielder limped off with an ankle issue during the Carabao Cup semi-final tie at Chelsea on Wednesday evening, but manager Arsene Wenger has confirmed he is in contention for Sunday's game, which is live on Sky Sports Premier League (kick-off 1.30pm).

Wenger will be able to call upon Wales worldwide Aaron Ramsey, however, as he returned to the squad after being ruled out for over a month. Perhaps, this is down to Chelsea's lack of goals in the last few games.

Laurent Koscielny, Nacho Monreal and Sead Kolasinac are now out injured which could open up the possibility of Mavropanos featuring in the coming games.

Wenger felt the familiarity of the teams, meeting for a second time in two weeks, contributed to the tepid draw.

National Weather Service warns of freezing rain, sleet, snow
Winds could be sustained at 18-28 miles per hour , forecasters said, with gusts up to 35 miles per hour through mid-afternoon. A winter weather advisory is in effect for Northeast Mississippi on Friday , and hazardous travel conditions are expected.

From Wednesday night, we had of course Jack, who was injured. Good news is i should be back in a couple of days'.

"It's a shame to lose him when he's in such a good form". He's not out of the game on Sunday yet, so that is positive news.

'We have an uncertainty about Ozil, he will have a test tomorrow, that at the moment is a big 50/50 for Bournemouth'.

"We tried with all our strength to win the game", Chelsea boss Antonio Conte said. All the other players will still be out for Bournemouth.

Nacho Monreal (ankle), Laurent Koscielny (Achilles) and Olivier Giroud (hasmtring) are still sidelined but Sead Kolasanic could return. It was more of a shock than a real ankle sprain. His ankles are good, we can not say he has bad ankles now, but because of his history we always make a bit more of it. He had a swollen knee and a recurrence of what he had two or three weeks ago - that's why he wasn't involved on Wednesday'.

Koscielny next week, Kolasinac next week - though he has a little, little chance to be available.
