Home and Away actress Jessica Falkholt's condition unchanged

Craig Whitall, 50, crashed his vehicle into the Falkholt's family auto south of Sydney while driving home from a methadone clinic on Boxing Day.

Jessica, 29, had her life support switched off one day after the funeral for her sister Annabelle, 21, and parents Lars, 69, and Vivian, 60.

The crash killed Whitall, as well as Jessica's Father, Lars, mother, Vivian and sister, Annabelle.

The hospital on Friday confirmed her life support had been switched off but she remains in a critical condition.

Australian actor Anthony Hayes tweeted: 'Jessica Falkholt.

Jessica Falkholt appeared as Hope Morrison on 16 episodes of the television series Home and Away, with her stint on the long-running TV soap ending in November 2016.

The actor is now shooting for Kedarnath which marks the Bollywood debut of Sara Ali Khan, daughter of Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh.

'The irony of this tragedy is Lars was such a careful driver, ' Mr Ponticello said. We always had a good laugh.

During the service, Jessica's uncle Paul Ponticello tearfully told mourners their family will forever be haunted by Christmas - the last time they were all together. You will always be remembered and in our hearts forever.

The issue of whether Mr Whitall was on methadone or other drugs at the time of the crash will be part of the coronial investigation.

The driver of the 4WD that slammed into the family's auto, 50-year-old habitual traffic offender Craig Whitall, was reportedly travelling home from a Nowra methadone clinic when he was killed in the crash.
