Guardiola wins record fourth Barclays award

It is the first time in the history of the monthly award that a manager has won it four successive times.

The Spanish boss, 47, clinched December's award - to go with those earned in September, October and November.

The Player of the Month honours have gone to Harry Kane, perhaps unsurprisingly in the month he broke Alan Shearer's record for league goals scored in a calendar year.

The 46-year-old was named victor of the award as his side produced six league wins and a draw in December, 2017.

According to some estimates, the U.S. would have had to close businesses in order to qualify by 2025. Trump insisted that his administration feels very strongly about the environment.

Guardiola's City team won six of the seven Premier League games they played during December, extending their record breaking winning run to 18 and opening up an even bigger cushion at the top of the table as a third Premier League title in seven years nears.

To win the December prize, Pep saw off Everton's Sam Allardyce, Chelsea's Antonio Conte, Roy Hodgson of Crystal Palace, Liverpool's Jurgen Klopp and Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino.

The Spaniard's four in a row take his overall tally to five Manager of the Month awards. meaning he still has a way to go to break the overall record.

24-year-old Kane struck eight goals - including two hat-tricks - during the last month of last year.
