Rob Kardashian Suing Blac Chyna for Assault and Battery

Rob Kardashian Suing Blac Chyna for Assault and Battery

It has now been reported the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is suing the mum of two after alleging she tried to unusual him with an iPhone cord, during an explosive row.

According to the new lawsuit, obtained by TheBlast.com, Kardashian claims the mother of his baby daughter had consumed a significant amount of drugs and alcohol when she attempted to strangle him, chasing him around the home he was renting from his sister Kylie Jenner, and playing with his gun. The Arthur George designer says he sustained injuries to his neck and has documented evidence - including a shirt with rips around the collar.

Furthermore, in the lawsuit, Kardashian says that he attempted to escape in his Bentley but Chyna threw a chair at it and used a metal rod to injure him. Amber Rose's bestie is said to have caused $100,000 in damages to the residence as a TV, a door, walls, and a gingerbread house were all wrecked.

The network, however, did not order a second season of Rob & Chyna and the two split up for good earlier this year. Apparently, Chyna terrorized the 20-year-old by repeatedly telling her to get tested for STDs. They say she is also known for her hard-partying and has little, if any, accomplishments in the entertainment industry.

She is also threatening her own lawsuit claiming Rob and his family cost her the show.

Agents of Mayhem dev Volition hit with layoffs
According to NPD Agents of Mayhem didn't severly underperformed, coming in at no. 16 for the month of August. Deep Silver purchased Volition back 2013 after the studio's former owner THQ left the video game industry.

"A settlement was discussed but Rob had to call his mom Kris for approval for the deal, and she didn't respond", a source told us at the time. The show's producers even sent a life coach to work with the couple, but Chyna refused the professional's help.

The Blast was first to report the news. The docs say she was making $112,550 per 120-minute episode.

'Rob and Chyna didn't speak to each other at all, Kris Jenner was the holdup in the deal.

Chyna is also mother to four-year-old King Cairo, her son with rapper Tyga who dated Rob's half-sister Kylie Jenner up until this past March. They are coming after Chyna for unspecified damages.
